Cleaning: Waxed canvas requires no special treatment, but cannot be machine or dry-cleaned. Clean with damp cloth, or if necessary use bar, flaked, or saddle soap on soiled areas only. If wax treatment wears away over time, it may be treated to reestablish water-resistance. You can buy the wax for re-treating your bag here. For a step-by-step tutorial with instructional video check out this blog post. Nylon lining can be wiped clean with soapy water.
The Rita is a little something we like to call “beautilitarian” - the perfect balance of femininity & function. Multiple pockets for staying organized, weather-resistant and easy to clean, with a bit of hobo style slouch. The Rita will keep you looking polished while going about your busy life!
