*What is the date QB is closing?
Queen Bee as a business will be closing at the end of December 2019.
*How long will the shop on N Williams be open?
We will continue to keep the shop on N Williams open for as long as we have the capacity to keep it stocked with merchandise. And while it is hard to say at this point when the closure of the shop will occur, updated information will be included in our newsletter as well as on Instagram and Facebook as we have it.
Ordering + Shipping
We will continue to take orders online and in-store for as long as we can. That said, depending on demand, it is possible that we will run out of stock/need to stop accepting orders before the actual closure date.
Last Chance Collection
We are phasing out designs from now through the end of the year, in four 'Last Chance' product groupings. Once announced, customers will have 1 week to order those items before they are discontinued for good. ALL orders from now until the closure will be made to order and will ship when complete. Items from the current 'Last Chance' collection will be prioritized followed by all other orders in the order in which they were received.

*What if I order a 'Last Chance' item as well as another item from the site?
If you order both an item from our 'Last Chance' collection as well as any other items not in that collection, your order will ship complete when all the items you ordered are finished.
*What if I miss my opportunity to order a 'Last Chance' product during the dates listed?
Once we stop accepting orders for a 'Last Chance' item, that's it! Sorry, no exceptions.
All orders from now until the closure will be made to order and will ship when complete. Items from the current 'Last Chance' collection will be prioritized followed by all other orders in the order in which they were received. Our current lead time is 6-8 weeks.
We're offering FREE domestic, ground shipping on ALL ORDERS from now until we close.
All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date and are therefore not offering expedited shipping.
Think your package is lost or stolen? Send us an e-mail at email@example.com. with your order number and any details you have. If you selected a USPS shipping option, we will submit a lost package claim and need to wait to hear back before moving forward, usually 1-2 weeks. If you selected UPS, we will submit the claim and get to work on your replacement item. While Queen Bee cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages we are more than happy to do everything we can to facilitate reimbursement through USPS or UPS and replace the missing item.
*What if I need my order by a specific date?
From now until we close, we cannot commit to or guarantee delivery by a certain date. That said, we are always happy to accommodate whenever possible so you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date you need your order by and we will do our best. No promises though, sorry!
*What if I place multiple orders and want them shipped together?
We're happy to do that! Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with BOTH of your order numbers and we will group them together and ship when all items are complete.
Please be aware that the shipping cost on international packages does not include Duty, Customs Adjustments or VAT. In some cases, importing countries will charge fees, tariffs and taxes, and will require that you pay them before you can receive your items. Queen Bee takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for these charges, or for the amount charged. If you would like an estimate of the amount that may be charged, contact the customs department in your country.
We do not offer cash back or refunds on non-defective items, however we are happy to accept exchanges. Please review our terms for exchanges:
- Exchanges are only available for full price items.
- Custom items and all 'Last Chance' collection items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and have original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to determine if an item is in original condition.
- In the event you do not find a suitable exchange item at this time, store credit is available. Store credit can be used in-store or online for as long as we are accepting orders and/or have merchandise to sell.

All Custom Items are final sale, and not eligible for exchanges. Discounts, sales, and coupon codes do not apply to any custom item unless otherwise stated.
We are unable to accept ANY/ALL special requests at this time.
*What if I've already been in communication with someone at QB about a special request but haven't finalized the order?
All special requests that are not finalized and paid for will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us at to find out the status of your special request but please know that while we will do our best to accommodate these requests we may not be able to, due to production capacity for regular orders.
*Will I be able to special order discontinued QB items from Rebecca Pearcy after the closure?
We will offer repairs on items a year old or less until the closure. We are unable to take on repairs on items that fall outside of that time frame.
*What do I do if I have an item in need of repair that falls outside of the one year time-line?
While we are no longer accepting repairs outside of the one year guarantee, we strongly encourage you to take your item in to your favorite local shoe repair shop as they are usually well equipped with the machinery, tools, know-how to get the job done. If you live here in Portland, we love JD's Shoe Repair, located on N. Greeley Ave.
*Will Rebecca Pearcy continue to offer repairs on QB items after the closure?
