All Queen Bee Creations & Chickpea Baby products may not be sold online in any manner - items purchased via wholesale are to be sold via ‘Brick and Mortar’ establishments only. This means you must have an established retail store environment and sign a terms of sale agreement stating that you will not sell or represent our products online in any way. You may however indicate that Queen Bee Creations goods are sold in your Brick and Mortar store by using our logo on your website.
We do not sell wholesale to those that produce ‘purse-parties’, personal shopping, or catalogs (print or online).
Our Product lines
Queen Bee Creations Inc. carries two full lines of products, both the contemporary handmade bags & wallets which are represented in the Queen Bee line, and another full line of handmade diaper bags and accessories, represented by the Chickpea Baby line.
Shipping Costs and Fabrication Times
All of the items at Queen Bee and Chickpea Baby are handmade to order. Under typical circumstances you should expect to wait up to four weeks for us to ship your order. If we are processing an unusual number of orders, the wait may be longer.
The actual shipping cost will be paid by the retailer and will be added to the order total at the time of shipment.
To apply for Wholesale Customer status
Wholesale Customer status enables you to receive special wholesale pricing and in some cases, net 15 terms.
You may apply for Wholesale customer status by completing our Wholesale Application online.
Once you have submitted a completed application, you will receive an application status update within 48 hours with a user password and ID, so that you may order online using our site. Until you have received notification from us, you will be logging in as a retail customer. If you have any questions about the application, please contact us.
Ordering
Once you have been approved as a Wholesale customer, there are a lot of options when ordering. Within most items there are color and/or style choices. You can be specific and tailor the order to your taste and clientele, or leave it up to us to put together a balanced blend. You may also specify a color palette that works for your store, or let us know what colors to leave out. Please refer to your price list and minimums when placing your order--if you do not order within the minimums, or request colors/combos that we do not offer, this may delay processing of your order.

To place a wholesale order:
Once approved, log in to the Queen Bee site with your wholesale customer user name and password to use our Quick Order Form. This form has features like an editable order history, so you can order quickly and conveniently. This is the easiest and quickest way to guarantee that your order is in the system and headed to production.
