Just like the Jefferson’s, Queen Bee has moved on up. There’s no deluxe apartment in the sky, but we do have a shiny new space that we are so (so! so!) happy to be inhabiting. We spent the month of January unpacking, nesting, and settling. While there’s still things to work out and furniture to find – we’re happy to announce that you are invited to come visit us in our first ever official Queen Bee retail space. There’s loads of storefront glass, tons of light, and you can see the peeps making your favorite wallets and handbags as you shop. As always, the QB store is full of prototypes, one-of-a-kinds, and even a sneak preview of the spring line. If you find yourself with some time to kill, come say hello. We are at 3961 N Williams, Ste 101.
Here in Portland, the tender green of new crocuses has been breaking through the soil and we are all thrilled about the approaching spring. So thrilled, in fact, that we will be launching our new line of handbags and accessories for Spring 2010 on March 1st. If you need a little taste, let’s just say that there are hot pink puddles and some lollipop tree tops in the mix. It was a long winter and we are ready to brighten things up & look good doing it!
This changing of the seasons also means that if you are a fan of our current fall line, now is the time!! We have our Edith Re-wool bags marked 25% off through Feb. 15th and all designs except for the Chirp wallets will turn over like topsoil. Our fall lineup won’t be available after March 1st, so if you know what you want, the time is now!
And last but not least : a congratulations go out to our dear founder Rebecca, and to her partner Tony, on the sweet addition to their family ….. Congrats RP and Tony!
