FAQ, Ordering, Returns and Shipping Policies
Shipping
We have most items in stock to ship immediately. Our current turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks for items that we do not have in stock. (Wholesale customers should expect to wait the standard production turnaround.) We ship via UPS, which takes 1 to 5 business days within the continental US. UPS packages must be sent to a street address. To make shipping costs reasonable for our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via Priority Mail to those two states. If you need your package shipped to a PO/APO box, please contact us.
What if I needed it YESTERDAY?
We offer a rush production option for a fee of $25. This fee rushes your order through production and ensures that it will ship within 7 days of order placement. This production rush is NOT a guaranteed arrival date. If you need your order faster than normal transit time, please choose rush shipping accordingly.

Return Policy
All sales are final. If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns. Any item returned to us without prior approval will be refused at time of delivery. If you have questions about our return policy or your order, please don't hesitate to email us.
Custom Items
Due to our design and production schedule, Queen Bee no longer makes custom items on an individual basis. If you are interested in turning your company's banners into Market Totes, email us.
Queen Bee Shopping
The Queen Bee studio has open retail hours Monday – Saturday, 10 am til 6 pm and every Sunday 12am to 5pm. We have most items, if not all of them, from our current collections in stock at the studio. We also have items that you won’t find anywhere else – discontinued designs, one-of-a-kind items, prototypes from Rebecca’s design room, and special deals on slightly flawed “seconds” when available. We even have a toy box for the kids! Everyone is welcome. We accept cash, checks, Visa & MasterCard cards. No American Express or Discover, sorry.
Gift Certificates
We now have gift certificates available online. Call us to purchase a gift certificate in a different denomination at 503.232.1755. We’ll even include a hand-written note with the certificate! Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online.
