FAQ, Ordering, Returns and Shipping Policies
Shipping
We make every attempt to ship orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. We ship via UPS, which takes 1 to 5 business days within the continental US. Please choose your shipping method with those transit times in mind to make sure you get your package when you need it. UPS packages must be sent to a street address. To make shipping costs reasonable for our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via Priority Mail to those two states. If you need your package shipped to a PO/APO box, please contact us.

International Shipments
International Shipments are shipped by Express Mail only. Express mail price does not include Duty, Customs Adjustments or VAT. In some cases, importing countries will charge fees, tariffs and taxes, and will require that you pay them before you can receive your items. Queen Bee takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for these charges, or for the amount charged. If you would like an estimate of the amount that *may* be charged, contact the customs department in your country.
The QB cost for shipping to Canada is $30.00.
The QB cost for shipping to all other countries is $45.00.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns. Any item returned to us without prior approval will be refused at time of delivery. If you have questions about our return policy or your order, please don't hesitate to email us.
Custom Items
Based on our design and production schedule, Queen Bee no longer makes custom items on an individual basis. If you are interested in turning your company's banners into Market Totes, email us.
Queen Bee Shopping
The Queen Bee studio has open retail hours Monday – Saturday, 10 am til 7 pm and every Sunday 12 am to 5 pm. We generally have all items that you see on the website in stock at the studio. We also have items that you won’t find anywhere else – discontinued designs, one-of-a-kind items, prototypes from Rebecca’s design room, and special deals on slightly flawed “seconds” when available. We even have a toy box for the kids! Everyone is welcome. We accept cash, checks, Visa & MasterCard cards. No American Express or Discover, sorry.
Gift Certificates
We now have gift certificates available online. Call us to purchase a gift certificate in a different denomination at 503.232.1755. We’ll even include a hand-written note with the certificate! Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online.
